How we do it:
Following a short discovery call, we facilitate an in-depth conversation to learn about your leadership journey, guiding principles, and vision for what's ahead. From those insights, we craft a concise, authentic narrative that captures what you stand for and the impact you’re driving to create. Two focused review rounds ensure the story feels unmistakably your own. The final narrative is delivered as polished prose and bulleted talking points made to ground a wide variety of communications.

Organizational Narrative
The story of your company or business unit, your vision for the future, and the path you’re on to reach it. It’s vital, shared language designed to align and inspire teams.
How we do it:
We begin with a brief discovery call, followed by document and landscape analysis and an in-depth leadership interview to clarify the context, vision, ambition, and inflection points that define your organization’s story. In lieu of this grounding work, we can also leverage a messaging map we have previously created together. If no map exists, we surface the perspectives and language that will define the work through either 1:1 interviews or virtual workshops with stakeholders you define.
From there, we craft a clear, unifying narrative draft for input and refine it through stakeholder input in two rounds—with optional additional validation testing to ensure the story resonates before rollout. The final deliverable is a prose-based narrative and talking points designed to align leaders, inspire employees, and educate the market at large.
